  2. Verifying a renter's identity as a condition of the rental deposit.
  3. Contacting you about your order status via email or WhatsApp.

Your personal data is processed based on the consent you provide and to carry out the rental or purchase agreement between you and Gaiana.

You may withdraw this consent at any time, though doing so may affect our ability to process an order already in progress.

We never share your KTP photo with any third party without your consent.

  2. Logistics partners — handle delivery and return of your order.

Data shared with the third parties above is limited to what's necessary to provide that service.

Your personal data is kept for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet our legal obligations.

KTP photos are stored with restricted access, used only by authorized staff for verification purposes.
